The corporate purpose of El-Bouniane Company is to carry out all financial, industrial, commercial and real estate transactions in the Republic of Tunisia, either directly at its expense, or indirectly with the rights of third parties, in particular by participation, subscription, or purchase of any securities and social rights by merger or offer, or by other means. This is also in addition to the acquisition and rental of real estate with the possibility of enhancing its value through construction and others.
